However, I do not forget about other methods of natural treatment, for example about CBD oil - https://naturalwellnesscbdoil.com/blog/cbd-for-ms/. This herbal medicine works well with inflammatory processes and can reduce the manifestation of gout and arthritis. Have you tried such things?BlackmooreJoehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09652366568676791240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018195099405270825.post-74548562212279632082011-08-23T13:45:23.558-04:002011-08-23T13:45:23.558-04:00Tell it to my podiatrist, who instructed me to wea...Tell it to my podiatrist, who instructed me to wear (more) cushioned shoes, and remove them only in bed, and in the shower. I think it's considered more acceptable to engage in BF running as a specific athletic endeavor. Walking around town barefoot pushes the social envelope more and few people, it seems, are willing to take it to that level. But hooray for the BF runners for being in the forefront.Brian https://www.blogger.com/profile/11952882098333760292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018195099405270825.post-57905109351528493302011-08-11T00:35:13.964-04:002011-08-11T00:35:13.964-04:00I just recently started getting into a barefoot li...I just recently started getting into a barefoot lifestyle and am still very self conscious in public.
So yesterday I made myself a pair of huaraches and wore them in the bigbox grocery store - they gave me the confidence that I was wearing shoes (technically) and they allowed me to go barefoot for all intents and purposes!
You can see them on my blog: http://leatherbyjohan.blogspot.com/

Huaraches might very well be a cross-over tool from being shod to being healthy!Johanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09488952335696747053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018195099405270825.post-1249748405676660162011-08-10T15:35:15.874-04:002011-08-10T15:35:15.874-04:00I agree with Jim - Unfortunately, it IS tough for ...I agree with Jim - Unfortunately, it IS tough for new barefooters to stick with barefoot walking at unfriendly businesses.

Barefoot running is becoming a hot trend in my area, but I rarely see people barefoot walking. I get hushed whispers from those I pass on my neighborhood walks, "Look, she's not wearing shoes." :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15508887711850480059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5018195099405270825.post-81585427074350688902011-08-10T10:01:09.435-04:002011-08-10T10:01:09.435-04:00Dear Daniel,

And the sad part is that you can get kicked out of a store even if there are no "shoes required" signs posted. We long time barefooters know that hassles from stores are infrequent, but to a new barefooter, all it takes is one bad incident and they go back to wearing shoes. So if you want more people to take up barefoot living, the problem of discrimination from businesses must be fixed first.Jim Granthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07951174657445486455noreply@blogger.com
